PRODUCTION: Production starts once your sale closes. Production time is 10-14 business days.
- PICK UP OPTIONS ARE: 1) In-Store pick up at Embellished Threadz or 2) Shipping (shipping charge]s apply). Please choose one of these options at checkout. You will receive and email when your item is ready for pick up or ships. Be sure to add us to your contacts so your notification does not go to spam.
- REQUEST A SIZE: We are happy to order in items for sizing purposes.
- RETURNS: All items are custom made, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
