You will receive and email when your item(s) are ready for pick up or ships. Be sure to add us to your contacts when your receive your confirmation e-mail.
- RETURNS: All items are custom made per your order, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
