PRODUCTION: Production time is 10-14 business days.
2 PICK UP OPTIONS: 1) Bulk pick up by Mrs.Karshner-Rethmel and distributed at school-MUST FILL OUT STUDENT INFORMATION or 2) Shipping (shipping charges apply). Please choose a pickup option at check out. You will receive an email when your item is ready for pick up or ships. Be sure to add us to your E-Mail contacts so your notification does not go to spam.
REQUEST A SIZE/EXTENDED SIZES: All items have a link to the size chart listed under the description. We are happy to order items for sizing purposes. If you are looking for an extended size or tall item, please reach out and we would be happy to help you. If you would like to try on your items - please put a note in the note section that you would like to try on your items before embellishment.
RETURNS: All items are custom made; therefore, NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery for the replacement process to begin.
CUSTOMERS: Items in this catalog cannot be altered. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute for a like item of equal or greater value.
