• PRODUCTION-  Production time is approximately 10-14 business days.
  
• DELIVERY: A designated pick up person will pick up all orders placed September 22-October 6 and deliver to school on October 20.  Orders placed October 7 and after will be the responsibility of the orderer to pickup at Embellished Threadz.
• REQUEST A SIZE/EXTENED SIZES: Sizers are available in Mrs. Keller's office at Mound Elementary through Thursday September 28th.  All items have a link to the size chart listed under the description. We are happy to order in items for sizing purposes. If you are looking for an extended size or tall item, please reach out and we would be happy to help you.
• RETURNS: All items are custom made, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
• CUSTOMERS: Please note that all items in this catalog are hand picked and approved by a representative. Items in this catalog can not be altered. If an item is out of stock we reserve the right to substitute for a like item of equal or greater value.
• LOGOS: The logos on the selected apparel items are just an example of what the logo will look like. Some images my look smaller or larger.
