- PICK UP OPTIONS FOR YOUR SALE ARE: 1) Shipping to your address (shipping charges apply). Please choose "shipping" at checkout 2) Bulk shipment to Otterbein. Please choose "school fundraiser-office pick up" at checkout. You will receive and email when your item ships. We are located in Dayton Ohio approximately 90 minutes from Otterbein's campus. Please DO NOT choose "in store pick up" unless you plan to pick up in Dayton. Be sure to add us to your contacts so your notification does not go to spam.
- REQUEST A SIZE: All items have a link to the size chart listed under the description. We are happy to order in items for sizing purposes.
- RETURNS: All items are custom made, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
