• 8th GRADE NIGHT - If you are ordering for 8th grade night, Please be sure to put your child's name and school in the note section, this has to be noted for the CJB  representative to deliver your items to your child's middle school. Orders for 8th Grade night need to be placed by September 5th, 2023

• PRODUCTION-  Production time is approximately 10-14 business days.
  
• 2 PICK UP OPTIONS: 1) In store pick up or 2) Shipping (shipping charges apply). Please choose a pick up option at check out. You will receive and email when your item is ready for pick up or ships. Be sure to add us to your E-Mail contacts so your notification does not go to spam.
• REQUEST A SIZE/EXTENED SIZES: All items have a link to the size chart listed under the description. We are happy to order in items for sizing purposes. If you are looking for an extended size or tall item, please reach out and we would be happy to help you.
• CUSTOM JACKETS: Questions regarding the band jacket and custom embroidery logos please call the showroom.
• RETURNS: All items are custom made, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
• CUSTOMERS: Please note that all items in this catalog are hand picked and approved by a representative. Items in this catalog can not be altered. If an item is out of stock we reserve the right to substitute for a like item of equal or greater value.
• LOGOS: The logos on the selected apparel items are just an example of what the logo will look like. Some images my look smaller or larger.
• SENIORS:  All seniors will receive 1 senior shirt directly from CJB. If ordering a senior shirt for the student from this catalog, you are ordering an ADDITIONAL senior shirt.
