PRODUCTION- Production time is approximately 10-14 business days for the date your sale closes.
- 2 PICK UP OPTIONS: 1) In store pick up or 2) Shipping (shipping charges apply). Please choose a pick up option at check out. You will receive and email when your item is ready for pick up or ships. Be sure to add us to your contacts so your notification does not go to spam.
- REQUEST A SIZE: If you are unsure of sizing please request a size before we embellish your custom ordered item. All items have a link to the size chart. We are happy to order in items for sizing purposes.
- RETURNS: All items are custom made, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
- CUSTOMER: Please note that all items in this catalog are hand picked and approved by a representative. Items in this catalog can not be altered.
