• PRODUCTION- Production starts after your sale closes. Production time is approximately 10-14 business days.
  
• 2 PICK UP OPTIONS: 1) In store pick up or 2) Shipping (shipping charges apply). Please choose a pick up option at check out. You will receive and email when your item is ready for pick up or ships. Be sure to add us to your contacts so your notification does not go to spam.

***The tennis team mom has offered to pick up items for the tennis team families and distribute them at practice.  If you would like your order picked up by her please put Tennis team in the notes and we will hold your order for the bulk pick up.  Failure to add this note may result in you having to pick up your order in store***

• REQUEST A SIZE: All items have a link to the size chart listed under the description. We are happy to order in items for sizing purposes.
• RETURNS: All items are custom made, therefore NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS will be accepted, all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer defect the item must be returned to Embellished Threadz within 30 days of delivery in order for the replacement process to begin.
• CUSTOMER: Please note that all items in this catalog are hand picked and approved by a representative. Items in this catalog can not be altered.
